The RS Series Resin Transfer Molding System is a powerful FRP production platform built from genuine Graco components. Designed for closed-mold manufacturing including RTM, Light RTM, Vacuum Infusion Process (VIP), and Closed Cavity Bag Molding (CCBM). Introduces polyester or vinyl ester resins into closed molds containing fiberglass, carbon, or other reinforcements. Features an internal-mix RTM injection head for clean, uniform mixing, a pneumatic material pump with selectable 13:1 or 17:1 ratio, an all-stainless catalyst pump with stepless 1%–3% adjustment, direct drum feed system, and a mobile cart for easy repositioning on the production floor.
