Reactor 2 H-40 Proportioner Package, Heated Hose with Xtreme-Wrap, 20 kW, 400 V, 3PH
The Graco Reactor 2 H-40 is a high-pressure hydraulic proportioner package for medium- to high-output polyurethane foam spraying and roofing applications. The ESH046 configuration uses 20 kW power, 400 V three-phase supply, a 1:1 mix ratio and a 2,000 psi maximum working pressure. The technical maximum flow rate is 45 lb/min (20.4 kg/min); the official application description states up to 52 lb/min (23.6 kg/min). Reactor Connect provides phone-based control and monitoring, while advanced data logging, QR code troubleshooting, a sacrificial surge protector and a three-year warranty support daily operation. The package includes the proportioner, a 50 ft heated hose with scuff guard and a 10 ft heated whip hose. Spray gun and feed pumps are not included.
